We absolutely love North Phoenix Animal Clinic! When we first found Morty and Winnie as kittens in a storm drain we knew they need to see a vet ASAP, and we were able to get them in a day later. You can really tell that all the Vets and Vet techs absolutely love animals. Even our people shy cat Morty does so well with everyone there. I don’t think I can recommend them enough!
I have been going to North Phoenix Animal Clinic for the last year or so. I switched to them because the cost of regular exams and vaccines with my other vet were just getting crazy. I have had very positive experiences with North Phoenix Animal Clinic. I’ve had both my cats vaccinations and spay/neuter surgeries done here. The facility is clean and their service is just getting better all the time. This is a “no frills” clinic. It’s not fancy. They WILL take care of your pets and not try to upsell you on unnecessary services. They are not an emergency clinic but you can generally get an appointment fairly quickly by booking online. I really appreciate being able to see the cost of different services online.
I just want to highlight Dr. Stastny: EXCEPTIONAL CARE. EXCEPTIONAL EXPERTISE. My cat, Buddy, had a life-threatening UTI blockage. After a failed 48hr attempt at the ER, I reached out to Paw Placement, who was kind and amazing enough to introduce me to Dr. Stastny after hours (in Buddy’s time of great need). Everything went uphill from that moment on. I went from thinking he wasn't going to make it, to trusting in the Doctor's confident words that she would get him to where he needed to be. Dr. Stastny truly values Buddy’s life and treats him as the individual he is, with genuine attentiveness and compassion. She goes above and beyond in every way to get the job done, not only in the outstanding care she provides at the clinic, but also in the follow-up care and communication once he is back home. She is thorough, detail-oriented, communicative, and incredibly caring, with remarkable empathy and experience in handling him. Now, whenever Buddy sees her for checkups, he rubs against her legs. That says everything and I have so much gratitude, especially since it’s been such a complicated road for him. I highly recommend Dr. Stastny because I cannot stress enough how much she truly cares about the lives of her patients.
Highly recommend this Veterinary clinic! I had a chocolate lab that needed emergency surgery for bowel obstruction due to eating part of a toy (had a rope in the toy) and they were able to fit her in and do the surgery the same day. My dog was able to be seen as a drop in the same day… staff was amazing and got called back before I even got home (2.3miles away) with initial testing and quotes. Was kept up to date with all the happenings and was definitely at peace of mind leaving her in good hands! Obviously emergencies are expensive but the price was very reasonable! (Especially hearing other people’s experience). Thank you Dr. S and the staff for going above and beyond for my sweet girl Stella!!!!
Dr. Stastny and her team did an amazing job and took good care of my sweet old lady Daisy. My baby is 14 years old and needed a few teeth removed. Scheduling her dental procedure was quick and easy. The staff was so wonderful. Highly recommend Dr Stastny as a Veterinarian because she is so upbeat, friendly, and really cares for the animals she sees.
Attitude from the very start for a simple neutering. Was cordial the entire time and met with sass and attitude in the morning of the drop off, sorry to interrupt Ashley B. during her breakfast while patients are trying to check in. As for the neuter, they let my cat sit or fall in their own urine. When I picked my cat up, his back legs and tail were soaked in pee and his feet were caked in the clay litter they use. I would have appreciated a call or heads up to prep for that. Alternatively, they could have at least cleaned him up a bit before giving me him soaked in his own urine. The price is not worth the service. Look elsewhere and spend the little extra for better service and a proper recovery.
