He listened to exactly every detail of what I wanted from our ceremony music to the announcements and timing of the reception to playing the best, most danceable Indian music when our live band was on a break. Jimmy is so easy to work with and he took all the stress out of our day. A month prior to our wedding when I wasn't sure how everything would come together, and feeling a bit frantic, he walked me through every detail of the day and actually cut some of our wedding dance songs while we were on our call together so he had them edited to the exact correct length for our dance. I left that meeting feeling so much more calm and knowing that Jimmy had it all taken care of. Jimmy has been in the business for years and DJ'd hundreds of weddings at this point, so he's such a pro at handling the event and making sure your schedule and wedding go accordingly. Honestly, if you want to not have to worry about the music and pace of your wedding, go with Jimmy and Starz. They will make sure every detail is accounted for. We had so many guests telling us the music was amazing at our wedding and that the night was so well organized. That was all due to Jimmy. Lastly, Jimmy saved the evening when our videographer was having issues with the sound hook up to play during our reception. Jimmy stepped in and helped him out and got the sound working perfectly for our wedding video! I can't say enough good things about Jimmy and Starz. We loved using Starz Entertainment for our wedding at the Secret Garden this March! The team was extremely responsive in planning for the event and using the portal to plug in all of the information was super easy. Once the day came, the DJ set start to finish was phenomenal!! Everything went smoothly with all the different playlists and once we got to the reception it was perfect! DJ Michael kept the vibes high on the dance floor and the set was so good I didn’t want to leave the dance floor for a second! Our guests commented that it was the best music at a wedding they had been to. Highly recommend!! We were thrilled with Starz Entertainment!
We had a great experience working with Jimmy! From the start, he was attentive and very nice to work with. He has years of experience, which gave me peace of mind for our wedding day. I also heard every song I requested and imagined on my wedding day, it was perfect! he also made changes to the music on the day of our ceremony, and he said no problem. Overall, we had a great experience working with Starz Entertainment and i would recommend them to family and friends and would use them again!
Jimmy was a great wedding DJ! He was attentive to all our needs and really kept the party going for our dance floor which was important to us. He ran the newlywed game and all the questions were fun and light! There were no audio issues whatsoever for the vows and speeches! He was a little late in getting us our mixes for our dance but it was a busy wedding season for him. All in all I would recommend him to my friends and family, because he gave our wedding his all and knew the venue (Villa Sienna) front to back!
